This web page contains our terms and conditions applicable to users of this web site and to the customers of our agency services in Australia. (Girls represented by Pin-up Strippers™ must agree to our separate agency terms and conditions.)

By viewing or using pinupstrippers.com.au, you represent, warrant and agree with us as follows

(1) you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your country and state of origin).

(2) you understand that this site may at any time offer sexually explicit material for adult entertainment and you do not find sexually explicit material to be offensive or objectionable.

(3) you understand and respect the standards and laws of your community, you have a legal right to view and possess adult material, and you are solely responsible for your actions.

(4) you are obtaining the material from this site solely and exclusively for your own personal use and enjoyment and, you will not allow minors to access this material in any manner whatsoever.

(5) you understand and agree that you not distribute,re-sell or otherwise change, transmit, re-send or re-use any material that you download from this site without our written consent.

(6) you are interested in this material from a purely personal, non-professional point of view, and you will not hold the owners, or anyone associated with this site liable for any reason or matter whatsoever, even as a result of any misunderstandings.

Customers of Pin-up Strippers™ Australia

As a customer of Pin-up Strippers™ Australia booking a waitress, strip show or other adult entertainment, you represent, warrant and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Performance Rules: You agree to the following performance rules.

(1) No one under 18 years of age may be present during our shows or where our waitresses and strippers are working, at anytime for any reason whatsoever. We will check IDs to ensure that you and your guests are adults.

(2) You and your guests must behave in a respectful manner towards our performers and waitresses at all times. Your show or service will be stopped and no refund given if any abuse or danger is presented to our performers by you or your guests at any time.

(3) No illegal activity of any kind will be permitted while our performers or waitresses are present. This includes illegal drug use.

(4) No cameras or video cameras (including cell phones) are permitted during the performance. If you wish to photograph one of our Pin-up Strippers, dancers or waitresses you may do so after a performance but such photograph requires her consent to be given at her sole discretion.

(5) Touching is in the sole discretion of our individual Pin-up Strippers, dancers or waitresses.

(6) No public nuisance will be permitted. You must ensure that the performance area is appropriate for topless, nude or XXX entertainment, as the case may be.

(7) For most performances, our girls will be accompanied by security personnel. Under no circumstances will these personnel leave the performer unattended, so please do not ask them too.

(8) You agree that your show may be stopped and cancelled if any of these rules are broken and no refund whatsoever will be given.

Deposits: All shows require a 30% deposit and payment of a $30 booking fee. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking and are subject to our cancellation policies below. No booking will be confirmed until the appropriate deposit is made. Deposits may be made by credit card, wire transfer or (in some cases) cash

Payments: We accept payment in Australian $s by wire or in cash. When you meet your performer or waitress please pay her as soon as she arrives in cash for the remainder owed, then you can relax and enjoy your show. We also accept Mastercard and Visa, payable prior to a booking. Credit card bookings require positive ID (photo driving licence or passport). We do not accept cheques.

Cancellation or Termination of Bookings: We reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason at our discretion. Customers will receive a full refund of all amounts if the booking is cancelled by us.

We reserve the right to terminate early any booking of one of our performers (without any refund whatsoever) if safety risks are presented or our rules above are violated.

Bookings may be cancelled by you, subject to our cancellation policy below:

• Our A$30 Booking Fee is non-refundable (unless your girls are unavailable)
• Deposit is 100% refundable if cancelled at least 7 days prior to show
• Deposit is 50% refundable if cancelled between 2-7 days prior to show
• Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled with 48 hours of the show

Liability: You agree to hold Pin-up Strippers™ Australia harmless for any loss, damage, injury caused by our performers or you and your guests during the course of an engagement.

Personal Information: Any personal details supplied by you assist us in offering you a punctual and reliable service whilst offering our performers extra security. However we guarantee that any of those details are strictly confidential and will under no circumstances be divulged to any third party or kept on file after your booking. See our Privacy Policy by clicking "Privacy Policy" at the bottom of this page.

Adult Services and Community Standards: Our web site and adult performer services are for adults only who are 18 years of age or older. We only list performers and strippers that are adults, legally resident in Australia and who are 18 years of age or older.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
